When you’re traveling, I cannot recommend leaving the bottle of acetone at home and bringing nail polish remover pads and wipes instead.

Think about it: you only need one little packet, rather than a bottle and cotton pads. They’re small enough to bring anywhere. And not all of them are acetone-based, so you’re not resigned to dry nails!
When doing keyword research, I decided to try some out and see if there was an article worth writing. So, I present to you: a list of nail polish remover pads that will keep your nails happy and wipe them down like no polish was there in the first place!
SOY NAIL POLISH REMOVER WIPES – UNSCENTED
Removing nail polish can seriously damage the strength of your nails, which is why Ella + Mila have filled theirs with vitamins. A, C, and E come together to keep your nail beds solid and supple. The pads are soy-based, not acetone-based, making removal a gentle process, and they’re unscented.
Nail Polish Remover Pad – Lavender Essential Oil Pre-Soaked Pads
Those neon nails? All A Dream – at least, that’s what it’s like when these nail polish remover pads are done working their magic. We love these eco-friendly towelettes, which are totally biodegradable while soaked in acetone, protective vitamin E, and soothing aloe.
Nail Polish Remover Pads
Yep, Ulta got in on the trend and created their own nail polish remover pads. The remover is infused with vitamin E, so your nails won’t turn totally brittle from the acetone base, which removes even the toughest of nail polishes with a light citrus scent.
Nail Scrubbersâ„¢ Nail Polish Remover Pads
Fan of glitter nail polish, but not a fan of how hard it is to remove? That’s where Butter London comes in. Their nail scrubbers were made for stubborn polish, using a blend of soothing aloe and hydrating vitamin E. They’re also perfect for prepping, so you’re good to remove and repaint with one product.
Karma Soy Oil Nail Polish Remover Wipes
Karma Naturals sells many different scents, but we’re particularly fond of the lavender. Not only does it smell nice, but the soy-based formula is rich with vitamins, helping to keep skin and cuticles from drying out and even strengthening them throughout the removal process.
Diamond Wipes Acetone Nail Polish Remover Pads
These wipes are acetone-based, and because of this, they’re tough as nails (sorry). Though they have this ingredient, they’re also soaked with aloe vera, helping to balance out the intensity of the ingredient and soothe cuticles and skin.
Natural Nail Polish Remover Wipes
Ecco Verde sells Fresh Therapies’ box of 10 packs, each of which comes with 10 wipes. While you can use one per finger, it’s possible to go even further if your nail polish isn’t dark. Smelling of citrus, the formula is gentle on hands and strengthens with ingredients like lime oil.
Takeoff Towels Non Acetone Nail Polish Remover
We love côte at QUILL, and their non-acetone towels are listed last, but certainly are not least. Some non-acetone-based nail polish remover pads can leave a chalky residue, even if they aren’t drying out your nail beds. Not the case here – wipe and feel clean, rather than half-washed.

Nail polish remover pads are so convenient for travel, and you won’t waste any product. Have you tried them before? Tell us below!
